[Music] what’s up everyone this is nathaniel with one more cup of coffee helping you generate online income from an affiliate blog so you can make time for the little things that matter today we’re going to cover one of my favorite topics i don’t have an affiliate website in this area but it’s always been on my mind as a possible future side project or something like that it’s just a topic i personally think is interesting it’s also a topic that you can subdivide into further subtopics so survival or survivalist has a lot of different niche audiences and you know depending on if you’ve seen some of my other videos and you know this whole spiel if you haven’t basically i always say know your specific audience divide your audience how does the people that you talk to differ from other people who might also buy the same stuff so what i mean for survival or survivalist you can divide those into different types of people a survivalist could be someone who goes out in the woods and lives there for weeks at a time and enjoys you know cutting their own sticks and making their own fire and they want to live like a caveman that’s one type of survivalist a survivalist could be someone who is just you know lives in maybe an area where there’s a lot of natural disasters tornadoes floods uh you know maybe they live out somewhere in the wilderness and they’re worried about uh you know potential incidences that might happen so they prepare for that it’s more like disaster prep and i’ve got a list of affiliate programs on disaster prep as well that i’ll include in the description survivalist could also be you know this type of person where they’re worried about the government and the end of the world and you know if there’s uh what it’s called em emps how will you survive without electronics so those person may those type of pers people may be more into like tactical gear and knives and anyway so there’s all these different types of audiences but they’re all under the umbrella of survival or survivalist so someone who wants to go buy body armor and uh some cool knives and a bunch of ammo is going to be a different type of survivalist from someone who uh wants to learn how to start a fire by themselves in the woods in the rain those are two different types of people even though they may buy the same or similar products so i’m going to introduce you to three survivalist affiliate programs today various kind of topics and products but i’ve got a list of 10 total that you can check out at one more cup of coffee.com and before i get into those three personally that type of stuff so you can check that out at one more cup of coffee dot com all right so the first survivalist affiliate program i want to tell you about is shift pod now shift pod i believe they you know i did the research and i already forgot all right i think it’s ten percent yeah okay ten percent on their little uh survival pods and these are kind of like all weather uh protect you from the elements pop-up tents um you know a 22 second uh to set up wind resistant insulated and i assume the reflectiveness will reflect heat but now what does it do it says it retains heat reflect and retain heat oh there you go so i assume it would work in hot environments as well as cold environments and this is maybe something that you could take with you camping or if you’re going out in the wilderness it could be like an emergency shelter in some situations and they’ve got a couple different models i wonder how much i mean i’m going to look at how much these are what’s 10 of what 10 of 1200 or 10 of 1300 bucks is 130 so that’s a pretty good commission rate they got a couple different models anyway i just thought it was a very cool product not something you see all the time it’s not something that everyone would want and that’s okay that’s the whole point of niche affiliate marketing or niche blogging is that you have a specific audience who wants a specific product for a specific situation and your job is to connect those people with those products obviously someone who maybe is worried about the end of the world wouldn’t want something like that maybe someone who’s more worried about natural disasters or hiking would be more enthusiastic about buying one of these products yeah so shift pod you know the other thing i’ll say about this is it’s also kind of cool sometimes you discover products like this and it leads you down a rabbit hole so maybe there are other pop-up shelters that you want to promote maybe they’re not made of reflective material like that maybe they’re you know some sort of like insta build shelters where you can you know have the equipment carry the equipment on your bag i guess that would be a tent maybe anyway i can’t think of anything off the top of my head what would be like this but if you find this product cool and fitting for your audience that could lead you down some sort of rabbit hole of what other types of products that a person who buys a shift pod would also promote all right the next one is 1 800 prepare personally i think these types of domains are kind of corny and kind of dated the 1 800 style domains but i think this is a more general survival product i like what they have they have these like food buckets with various survival things you can see they’ve got goggles and flashlight looks like they have like some playing cards or something uh you know gloves food first aid kit it’s like all in one pack something that you’d store in your house something where the audience says i don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of how to survive in a disaster disaster i just want to buy an all-in-one kit and store it in the closet and that is exactly what this product or who this product promotes to and they’ve also got a car kit which i think my wife has one of these it’s just extremely helpful makes you feel safer most of the time you’re not going to need it maybe in a pinch you may be able to use something like the rope or the reflector or like a flashlight or something so uh yeah this is useful for a broader audience their affiliate program also pays 10 and it’s through share sale now the cool one is uh that i want to talk to you about is tactical distributors is that their name tactical distributors yeah so they pay also 10 percent but it says they do have higher commissions for people who are converting more and it looks like they’ve got a 60-day cookie now tactical gear despite looking at these underwear right here seems like it’s more of like you know guys with guns type of thing you can see they’ve got uh their magazine belts they’ve got the uh what is it called body armor uh let’s see what other cool stuff do they have knives and tools let’s look at what lighting they have they probably have some cool flashlights strobe light maybe some heavy duty flashlights some tactical backpacks i see a lot of camo maybe they have some like anti-slash bags some cool boots for hiking so this is that audience that i was talking about at the beginning of video where it’s more like worried about the government worried about emps worried about maybe foreign attacks stuff like that and this is also survival i mean these are legitimately things that could happen i mean really i think 2020 is a year where everyone’s kind of thinking yeah it seemed impossible before but now anything is possible so who knows but uh yeah lots of lots of ways to market this stuff lots of different products to market you know it’s 10 across the board with all these affiliate programs sometimes when i do these affiliate lists you’ll see some that do like eight percent some that do 35 these are just the ones that i found you may be able to find more specific affiliate programs that pay better sometimes i find with the the individual smaller companies they sometimes pay a little bit better because they need that advertisement so if you’re going to go down the path of these tactical distributors then i’d look for maybe like something uh like uh what’s that shtf should hit the fan affiliate programs or like um yeah i don’t even know how you would phrase that into the world affiliate programs no and anti-government affiliate programs i don’t know if that’s really a thing i’d have to think about that you’d you know if you’re more familiar with the niche then maybe you could think of some more clever ways what what type of products people would search for but you can also just search individually maybe hiking boots affiliate programs or body armor affiliate programs or you know i have a list of gun affiliate programs on my website as well or with something like shift pod you could look up like shelter affiliate programs or maybe cold weather affiliate programs snow affiliate programs and you can go down the rabble maybe this one could be like all in one survival kit affiliate programs or food storage affiliate programs something
