so let me do a quick demo on how you can start your own smart survey campaign with service tiger in just a few simple steps now once you are logged into the dashboard as i am right now you will see a few options that you can see on top bar and depending on what version of service tracker you have if you have agency version you can just navigate here if you have team version you can navigate here and if you just want to start your own survey campaign you have two choices you can start from a template or you can start from sketch so let me just start from scratch so you i can show you all the features that are available in this powerful web app so once you are in the first section and you can see that the service status is right now is on you can turn it off at any time right now i will leave it at on and the server title you will just name it whatever your survey is and whatever you want so let me just name it something like survey test survey you can add a logo you can add security configurations which means you can allow only one survey uh to be submitted submitted per ip which will allow anyone to only submit once for example if you want to have some integrity of your data and don’t want someone submitting your survey multiple times you can just turn it on you can have password protection on your service and if you want to have that enabled you just enter your password here and click it on i just i will keep it off and you can even have a welcome page if you want to have a welcome page you can turn it on here and you can add a welcome message maybe add a bonus for them to finish your survey and you can have a countdown timer if you want to have some scarcity uh so your server respondents server traffic starts filling out the survey as soon as they arrive on the welcome page i will keep it as off uh in this video just to show you all the features uh in the in the most simplest way so i once i click on save changes here uh this channel settings are done now i will navigate to the questions tab and this is where the magic happens in the service tiger app you can just drag any element here and we have some 11 question types as you can see that we have all the kinds of all different kinds of questions that you can get responses for and we have a page break feature that you can drag here and you can just make it uh on multiplayer service to say it at least and everything is drag and drop simple you can add a video you can add an image and for example if i want to move the number to the top i can just click here and move it up and just click on yes no it does move on to the next page and if i want to have all the questions on the first page i can just move the page break here and start a new survey page beneath the page break if i want to delete any question i can just click on there for example let me just uh delete the page break and i click that uh trash icon and it will delete it so let me just click the save and there is one more feature if you are a member you can just preview it here how what your survey looks like right now and as you can see that you can see now once you are on design tab uh you can choose from a background image you can add your own and you can add your own images you can add so your own colors if you want let me just leave it at that and on a thank you page this is where the magic happens because you can add a thank you page and for example you can add even a custom smart thank you which will allow you to show the multiple different thank you pages uh depending on what answers they gave you so let me just show you how that works uh that feature is only available on the rating question because that’s where uh you can have multiple thank you pages depending on whether your respondent rated you as one two three four five and one more thing i forgot to show you is that you can use smart d directs here which means that you can redirect your server respondents after they finish the survey to multiple urls depending on their responses so that’s a very powerful feature in itself you can uh navigate them to the offers that they’re most likely interested in and that will increase your conversion rates manifold so let’s just save that click on smart thank you and since i added this rating question i can see that i have multiple uh thank you pages options here and each tanki page can have its own pixel as well so here we have smart pixel feature here and you can have five uh pages depending on what the your respondent uh marked related to as one two three four or five and you can have show five different thank you pages then we have pixel you can add any kind of pixel you can add multiple pixels here uh if you if your marketing campaign uh needs that you can share the survey in any way you can even add a qr code which is perfect for local businesses uh because they can just scan the qr code which you should create here in just a few uh by just typing a few simple things here and they can take your survey by just scanning the qr code and of course you can see the results and the best feature we have here is of course we have the sentiment is ea sentiment analysis which just scans all the responses no matter how much they are and just give you uh what what is the net response you have whether it’s positive net response it’s a neutral net response or it’s negative response you can export all data you can see how much traffic you got and how many survey completions you got and what was your survey completion rate for example and one more feature we have which is very powerful is that uh we show up you only we have option that says that show best responses and once you have so for example if this question had let’s say 100 answers and you want to know what are the best answers that you want to see you can just click on yes and it will filter the responses and will only show you a few responses that are worth your time to see so that’s a very powerful feature because it saves you a lot of time by just giving you the question just giving you the responses that are the most critical to make your business decisions and on the share results tab you can see all the features uh features where you can just create a share results page which means that you can create a page uh sharing your results and making a call to action on this page as well we have more information on how that works uh but that’s how it goes you can add any question and then associate responses and share it on this page so let me just show you you and let me show you how the page looks like and you can see that i just selected those elements and it goes on the uh share results tab share results page and yes these are all the all the features now let me just show you how the survey looks like and as you can see that this is the survey page and as you can see it’s a very stylish page you can see that let’s say let me just fill it quickly as you can see it’s a very stylish page and people love filling out something that they can pleasantly navigate and it just increases the survey completion rate many times click on submit and as you can see this response will be added here on the results tab as you can see there i got one uh visitor and i completed the survey so it just gives a 100 condition rate and the test it marked as positive and it shows all the responses in a neat manner which i can export at any time by clicking on this button so that was a quick uh rundown of all the features in the app of course we have more tutorials and help when you need it and i
