hey guys what’s going on steve here and welcome to my conversio bot review this is actually a product i use myself in my own business and in a nutshell what it does it allows you to collect leads information build up an email list make sales etc via what we call conversio bots now these just aren’t your typical chatbots or your online automated bots these are much much better and i’ll be engage with your customers and your audience so if you have any sort of website if you have any sort of blog or anything like that at all you need to be using this it says transform your website into back to the dashboard for a second first couple of sections on the left-hand side are the training now the training with conversion bot is really really great okay i always say products like these live or die on the basis of their training and there’s absolutely tons of information you’ve even got an advanced training section for people who kind of know what they’re doing um about chatbots uses for a chatbot basic chatbot training you’ve user response types design settings publishing taking a look at the data on analytics which you have a full data analytics feature so you can see exactly what your bots are doing and how people are interacting with them leads sales etc tons of training here and then we’ve got the advanced training section here as well where they’ll go over you know how to sell your chat bots to other people if you want to do that or set up an agency etc um so if we take a look at bot templates here i’m just going to show you a quick example of the type of templates we have here available now there’s a bunch of different categories but for this example i’m going to talk to you about list building so i want to build a conversion bot that is going to build me a huge email list it’s going to collect email leads and other details etc to build up my list so first of all you would want to if we go to the general settings and we can see here all the different email tools that converge your bot integrates with and there’s absolutely loads so there’s webinar tools as well you know things like aweber get response most of the popular ones we’ve also got zapier integration here as well so for whatever reason the tool you’re using to collect emails and send emails with is not there you can connect it via zapier and away you go so you would want to do that first then you’d go back to bot templates and i’m gonna go down and i’m going to select and you can see there’s tons of categories here i am going to select where are we get more leads here we go so this is basically is going to be a basic list building bot okay um and we can see here it does that via offering a free gift in the in the bot conversation and also by a social sharing so it gets the end user to encourage them to try and share it on social so you can actually drive traffic not just through your website but viral traffic through people who are already coming in through your system let’s go with real estate chatbot for real estate so let’s go with preview this one and this will be a different style bot now it’s worth noting that these are templates you can build the bots from scratch which i’ll show you after i’ve done this one now i think with the front end you get 10 of these done for you uh bots and then you get loads those more with the other episodes but let me take a let’s say four more and you can see here how how useful this is is taking a lot of information that you would normally have to ask your customers for or have to get them from in some other way is the know this works for all types of businesses you could be a hairdresser it could be a dentist anything at all like that and what happens is when i enter an address here i’m not going to complete this one it’ll give me a calendar and a range of dates and you can uh book it in and that will then connect with google calendar or whatever calendar function you’re using so actually you know it really works and you can send emails off the back of that too it’s really really awesome and i you know i hope you can kind of see the power of this as opposed to just simply having a form right this is much much better and it really really works and it’s brought me in a ton of leads so i’m gonna get off that now for a second or what i’ll do is i’m going to let’s just say clone this website bot so i want to use this as the basis for my own custom bot i think it’s easier to do that than to start from scratch but i’ll show you how you build these bots here inside converse report and it’s done via what we call blocks so if you’ve ever used any kind of workflow or project management tools before you’ll kind of be familiar with this so they kind of they have like what we call an entry point and then they go through different um different stages you can see the certain points the bedrooms on the market the address book appointment capture email end okay so that’s kind of like the workflow so if i click on this here we can go through the various different bot messages in this stage how soon after that each message do you want them appear you can affect the timings you can add videos you can add images you can do pretty much whatever you want to do with it so you can completely customize this for you and your business and also this is a great money making opportunity if you want to launch an agency that builds these type of bots you can go ahead and sell this to local businesses etc really really easy to use you know it’s one of the probably one of the best no code tools i’ve seen you know people before had to be experienced programmers to be able to build these kind of things and you’re able to do it here now so yeah this is if i was going to edit it i’m just going to say i’m steve well i probably should change the avatar photo as well user responses etc you can have text response you have a video response add your own and click click save wait for this one to save okay so we’ve completed building our bot and customizing it however we want we’re just gonna have a preview here of exactly what you’re gonna get which is really cool you can here you can change the backgrounds of the chat window the message bubble user measures text bot design you know how it’s going to look so right now on the page it’s going to look like this can i help you with the woman’s icon there if we go back to the sales page here we can see they’ve even converged your bot have their own bot on their own sales page practicing what they preach i love that and you can completely change this you can put it in a different area on your web page or your landing page whatever you want to do when you’re happy with all of that click next again okay so we’ve got some final settings here but basically just bot name chat name for real estate sellers that one of the extreme features which is an upsell is a custom domain for the bot i mean personally and you can just have the bot there i think what that does is you’re able to send people straight to the bot page as opposed to them going to your your website page with it on some people might prefer to do that um we’ve got other settings here as well so basically features widget settings so you can have this appear on your pages and websites or facebook or whatever in different ways you can have it as a widget or you can have it as actually built into the page there’s a few different ways for you to do that here you can also connect it up with google analytics for full statistics facebook pixels for retargeting set different languages bot branding etc so this language settings might be very useful for people who are not working in english you can go ahead and have the bot appear in other languages etc marketing automation settings you want to set that up for your email autoresponder and you know various different other things with the extreme features so the extreme is an upgrade i do have this and this is very very useful okay um because you can have the bot be delayed so it doesn’t appear on the page straight away open one time only um and this is really really useful so i have this on some of my pages it’s called open button exit hover so it’s called an exit pop so say for example someone’s about to leave the page it’ll detect their mouse going over the x and before they click the x the bot will appear so you don’t have to have it just appearing straight away you can have it behaviorally based that’s really really awesome and you know if they’re not interested in one offer you can have their bot appear and give them another offer that’s really cool so we’ll just say we’re okay with all this and then click next and here’s how easy it is to get it up on your landing pages or websites or blogs or whatever you get widget code so if you want to appear as a widget simply copy and paste this code this line of code here into the header of your page you can have it embedded as an iframe so you can do that as well or you can have preview on an external website or if you’re using wordpress you can actually download it as a wordpress plugin and upload it there so you’ve got multiple different ways to get this in but it’s quite easy as pasting the line of code or clicking a button and uploading it to your wordpress site up to you okay multiple different ways and you can go ahead
