that I have created three agencies inside of my account now it works really simple you can click on create new agency to create a new agency and once you’ve done that you can open your agency and inside your agency account you can fill out your details like your address your email address your logo Etc and once you fill out all those details you can add clients to this agency now as you can see here I have two clients I have a plumber and I have a hair salon uh added to my agency and I can create a new client account in here so when I click on create new clients I can do meditation room for example if this is one of my clients I can do this at gmail.com this is just for demo purposes and let me fill out a password here and then you can fill out an industry in here as well so you could do one of these and then you can click on Create and once I’ve created my client account this what you’re seeing here on this screen this is from one specific client now the cool thing about assets so you can create a landing page video ads invoices images Facebook ads Google ads envelopes lead magnets blog articles business cards social media covers YouTube videos letterheads and press releases now this works really easy Once you create those things it will appear here in the resources list at the bottom so let’s create a landing page for meditation rooms when I click on landing page it shows me a bunch of templates that I can choose from so these are done for you templates so when I pick a template so let’s say I want to pick this template I’m going to use this template here and then scroll down I’m going to click on next and I can give this a name meditation room site call it like this I’m going to click on next and now it’s going to generate a done for you website with meditation room so it should be a meditation room or meditation only so let’s see what it comes up with but it’s basically going to generate content on this keyword on these keywords now this takes uh about a minute it says it can take up to five minutes but let’s pause the video and see what it comes up with all right there it is so here you can see it’s filled out all the details for me so here one this stands for meditation here so let’s choose that one and then you could also add your logo image in here uh you can add some icons here for the benefits if you like in add your own icons in here about heading so here we’re also going to do a meditation images so let’s say here we’re going to choose this one I’m going to click on use and let’s simply click on submit so uh to go over it you can also add your own logo you can do opening hours in here so you can say from Monday here till Saturday from nine to nine for example you could fill out the address of your client and it will be basically filled out if you already filled out these details at the start you can select the autoresponder for the contact details in terms of services Etc so when I click on submit here the site has been created so when I scroll down here you can see in the resource list that I now have a landing page created so when I open this look at this this is the site that has been created for us experience the benefits of a meditation room site this is the video that we can add as you can see icons have already been added in here well the expert team you need to add images of your client of course and then in here look at this image has been added get in touch with yes there’s a contact form Etc and if you like you can add a video so when I go to YouTube for example I can do meditation and then let’s just pick one let’s say I’m going to do copy link address gonna add this one I go to the account and now I can edit this website I can say for example for the video section I want to have a you can choose between Vimeo YouTube or a custom URL but let’s say this is a YouTube video now I’m going to hit save submit and now when I reload this site here you can see the video has been added to the site as well and look at this it has been created very easily here within just a few minutes I’ve created this website now this is just one of the assets inside of this clients account so when I go back here to the bottom when I scroll down here I can start creating my video ads when I click on video ads I can give this campaign a name so meditation room video I can click on next and then in here I need to type my keywords so in this uh in this case I’m going to do a meditation routine and I’m going to click on search and now it’s going to generate topics for me based on the keywords that I filled out here so here it says learn about the benefits of meditation how it can help improve your overall health and well-being or join millions of people who have already discovered the benefits of meditation it’s never too late to start so let’s use this one and now it’s going to generate a video for me a video script based on this suggestion uh title or this suggestion uh topic always correct so I’ve also noticed with specific subjects you need to change those videos and images but you can do that really easily if you’re feeling overwhelm stress or need a little bit more peace in your life then this video is for you and then it goes to next say goodbye to your problems with this proven strategies you can see it comes up with the videos that are uh for this topic here meditation powerful tool that can help you find inner peace well this is rain in the background looks cool and the best part is never too late to start and comes also up with these kind of backgrounds and then here next set a timer for five to ten minutes here and then you can see here uh focus on your breath so these images and videos are pretty good right so if I want to change something I can do that here at the top I can change the text here the background the media the voiceover the music transition settings and credits so when I go to text for example or let’s first change the background I can search for videos or images so let’s say I’m gonna do meditate here I’m going to search for these images I can simply select this and now this image is not wide enough I can crop the image in here I can say okay I’m gonna crop it like this and I’m gonna use the cropped image inside of my video and that’s how easy you can change the background for images or videos or if you like to have a color you can choose a color or you can upload your own media as well now regarding the text you can select the text in here and you can also change the colors so the font colors here you can change the background color so let’s say you want to have a white background with a a pink font here something like this you can change that you can move this you can also change the size if you like to so you can drag this these handles and you can simply drag and drop it wherever you like and you can go over each slide and change everything so you can change the background like I just showed you you can add extra media as well so when I do meditation you can also add media on top of your image or video so let’s say you want to add something like this as well then this image will also be added on top of this story here in this case I don’t like this image on top of this because I like this clean background you can add a voice over as well here so on slide number eight and this voice over would only be added to the current slide and you can choose the language in here so a lot of languages it finishes here at English British Dutch Danish and English you could select the voice in here which voice you’d like to use and then you can add your text in here for the voice over and generate the voice over you can also translate the text to another language if you’d like to and then you can create voiceovers for that other language you can add music to it as well so there’s a library of music that you can choose from or you can upload your own music if you’d like to you can add transitions on your slides as you can see here all different kind of transitions that you can apply to your slides so if you like to have a zoom in you simply select this one then that will be applied to this slide you can change the settings so you can add a logo to all of your videos you can add a watermark here uh the duration of its slide and you can change the volume here for the voice over and for the music also the credits you can do an intro in here and you could do an outro video that will be added to this existing videos and once you’re done you simply click on the render and now it will be rendering your video in the background so when I scroll down I can now see that I have my landing page and now my meditation room video will be rendered now keep in mind that this will take some time to render this will not be done in a few minutes I think this will take about 15 minutes and not a few minutes before that video is finished then we got all the other things so uh what do we have more here if you like to create Facebook ads or Google ads you simply click on here a meditation uh uh attention room let me copy this and then keyword meditation and click on next and now it’s starting it’s going to create a campaign a ad for us a Google ad that we can publish to our clients ads account so when we click here it’s going to create this for me this is going to take a few seconds it’s going to create the ad forms now look at this here you can select your account from your client so once you collect it connected that at the beginning you can choose that account in here and manage the customer ID you can select the ad account you can select the ad group so it comes up with all those details inside of your click agency account and in here you can create a new campaign or select existing campaigns that are in your Google ads account or in your clients Google ads account now when you go to ad setup look at this it’s going to it already created an ad for you uh will be filled out automatically and then you can save your invoice you can download that invoice and send the invoice to your client as well uh so yeah there are many things here lead magnets let me show you that one as well but as you can see there are so many options in here that it’s too much to show you everything on the inside here so here you have some lead magnets that you can choose from manage everything inside of an agency so what I’ve done here is everything inside one agency here but if you go to another agency in here like this one this is uh my Agency for example you can see all the Assets in here all the clients that are in this account so here are three accounts as you can see but when I go to another agency the plumbing Agency for example I have clients here for plumbing right now there’s no client but you could create Plumbing clients in here uh so I call this my Plumbing agency so for each agency you have your clients and if you go to the client step in here you’ll have an overview of all of your clients that are in your click agency account and that’s basically uh what click agency AI is all about it’s a One dashboard where you can manage all your clients where
